Andrew Young

Pastry Chef/Owner

As a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Chef Andrew has worked for high-end resorts, hotels and restaurants throughout the west coast, including the Four Seasons Aviara in Carlsbad, CA and the acclaimed Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle. Growing up surrounded by good food and great family, Andrew has been baking and creating decadent pastries and baked goods from the age of 14. Taking lessons from his Grandma Jean, he began decorating and assembling wedding and novelty cakes throughout Jr. high and high school; becoming a go-to resource for custom desserts for teachers, friends and family alike.

Brady brings his amazing talent in the field of Graphic Design and Marketing to the Bubble & Brown Bakery team sharing his passion for fine foods and delicious pastries, through art & design. When not designing, Brady enjoys taking in the local Utah mountains beautiful scenery, with hiking and climbing during the spring and summer, and snow shoeing during the winter.


The Bubble & Brown Bakers are a team of eclectic, passionate & artistic individuals, bringing their love for great food and amazing pastry to the Salt Lake community. In a hands-on, from-scratch kitchen, our team works daily to bake, create & assemble the best in seasonal pastries and treats, 100% from the heart, and every much a part of our passion.
